Our clinic restricts our Medical marijuana Card services to a limited number of pre-qualified patients and we only serve patients who are serious about getting their medical Marijuana Card. So dangerous or inappropriate behavior that is disruptive to our clinic or to other patients may result in your discharge from this clinic.

Unfortunately Georgia Medical Marijuana Card is not for everybody. Its only for patients with those qualifying medical conditions stipulated by the state. Make sure you qualify before scheduling an appointment. No Credit card fraud; This is serious and will lead to an arrest warrant. DO NOT USE another person's credit card to book an appointment without their consent. If you use your credit card DO NOT CALL your bank to deny any knowledge of the transaction. financial transaction card fraud in Georgia will get you jail time,

Do not miss follow-up appointments. Georgia law expects us to have some form of continuity with you after you get your card. We recommend a follow up every 6 months. So after you get your card please don't disappear and reappear 2 years later when your card expires. if you are not coming for follow up you might not be able to renew your card when it expires in 2 years.

We don't accept any insurance. All Patients must adhere to strict cash payment policies. Again making a payment and later calling your bank to say you have no knowledge of the transaction is a crime in Georgia called theft of Service will be prosecuted and may get you jail time. So is it worth it?

There are no refunds on doctor's appointments. There is no law in Georgia that supports refunding patients for Doctor's visit. So keep this in mind so there will be no issues.
